The space The entire unit is fully furnished with air conditoning in living area and all bedrooms. Main level includes an open floor plan living room/dining/ kitchen. The second floor contains a king suite and work area space. The top level has 2 bedrooms. One room with a king suit and another one has a bunk bed. All bedrooms have a private bathroom. Electricity, water and all linens are included in your rental as well as bath amenities. Guest access Swimming pool and fitness (located at Clubhouse just a minutes walk), super high speed internet, AndroidTV , security camera 24 hours. Other things to note -All foreigner guests must provide a copy of the passport photo page of all adults and child ( BEFORE CHECKING IN 24 hours) **this is required by law for immigration use only.** We will be fined 10,000 bht For each foreigner not reported. After you provide a copy of all passport photo pages we will send you an access code for the security key box so you can enter the property at your leisure -Please note that you can book our lovely holiday home and get instant confirmation. Please read all house descriptions and rules before you make reservation. - Please put the correct amount of guests when booking our house on Airbnb as the price will adjust after 2 guests. -The guests are responsible to pay for any damage they may cause during their stay at Ej Holiday Homes. -No smoking inside the property. -No pet allowed. - In case you lost House key or key card cost 500 Baht. - No party, seminar or meeting business. -Charging electric car is not allowed. - We have video servailance cameras located on the power poles outside the house recording 24hr a day. 1 camera viewing the front access and parking area of the house as well as 2 cameras recording the estate road outside leading up to the house in both directions. There is also a 24hr security guard at the entry gate to the housing estate with there own video cameras recording 24hr a day.
