Design Jewel in the midst of MITTE!

Welcome to my nice little apartment I am renting as a superhost since 2011. I just entirely renewed the decoration, I am sure you'll love it! It is situated in the second floor of an historical Berlin building, at the very heart of the heart of this facinating city! I entirely renewed the decoration of my cosy apartment, sure you will love it! Very nice, full furnished designer apartment in the heart of Berlin MITTE, between Alexanderplatz and the well-known Hackesche Höfe, in the "WEINMEISTERSTRAßE". MORE MITTE IS IMPOSSIBLE! ;-) The Hackeschen Höfe, the Alexanderplatz, the Museum Island and Unter den Linden within walking distance!! The flat is 35 sqm and is part of a 150 sqm private loft but separated from it (it will be yours). It is a so called "Altbau", that means an old Berlin house (see picture of the building front), with a garden for joint use (see picture). DESCRIPTION A modern design small bathroom with design mosaic flags and a wide shower with massage shower, floor heating. A nice bedroom with a bed for two persons and a garderobe. A modern kitchen access with everything you need, as well as dishwasher and washing machine (built-in appliances) with a bar table and chairs, LED-SMART-TV (with direct access to the Internet, Amazon Instant Prime Video, Netflix, Youtube etc!), a nice small hi-fi unit with ipod and iphone adapter, fast Internet Wireless. NUMBER OF GUESTS 1 bed for 2 persons, Baby/small child bed available! TRANSPORT U8 Weinmeisterstraße directly in the street SBahn Hackescher Markt in 5 minutes by foot Sbahn Alexanderplatz in 5 minutes by foot too Metro-Tram 1 in 2 Minutes (goes to Prenzlauer Berg in 5 or 10 minutes) In this hip area of Berlin, you will find numerous cafes and restaurants. If you like shopping, you will be thrilled: because here just around the corner you can get hold "Berlin style" in many small fashion stores! CHECK IN and OUT In general, it would be great if you could check in from 2pm and check out until 11am. Of course you can ask me if you have any other request and I will see what can be done! I'm just trying to regulate the check in and out times because I too often had to wait very long for guests to arrive. Thus, I would appreciate if you could send me a brief email or SMS precising your arrival time, for example the day before you arrive! For further questions, I am at your disposal!
