The Lodge is a converted barn that offers private guest rooms with access to all French Lick Farms has to offer. The Double is a 2 BR Suite with private bath, patio, kitchenette and tv room. Welcome to the "Double" room at French Lick Farms! This suite features a private entrance leading to a comfortable 2-bedroom (Queen/Queen) setup, a private bathroom with a tub/shower, a convenient kitchenette/coffee bar, and a cozy family room with a TV and sitting area. Your stay includes full access to the expansive French Lick Farms property, boasting 80 acres of picturesque hiking and walking trails. Relax on the private side porch equipped with custom glider rockers, a picnic table, and a BBQ grill. Additionally, enjoy shared access to the vast front porch, a charming fire pit, a fishing pond, and a communal kitchen with ample restaurant-style seating. This guest room is part of a larger property that can be rented for large group or family gatherings. We have a Property Manger and Head of Maintenance who live about 5-10 minutes away. One of them will be there to check you in and tour the property on arrival. They are also on call and can be available throughout your stay should you need anything! Farm setting conveniently located about 10 min from the town of West Baden Springs/French Lick, Indiana. For winter activities, we are conveniently located about 10 minutes from the French Lick Scenic Railway for the Polar Express Train, Big Splash Adventure Indoor Water Park, Wilstem Wildlife Park and their Holiday Light Show as well Ski Paoli Peaks. In addition, 10 minutes to French Lick Winery and 20 min to the Patoka Lake Winery. For those golf enthusiasts we are 10-15 minutes from all the area award winning golf courses including the Pete Dye, The Donald Ross, The Valley Links and Greenacers in Paoli. 5 Min to Wilstem Wildlife Park 10 Min to Downtown West Baden Springs/French Lick 10 Min to French Lick Casino 10 Min to French Lick Winery 10 Min to Paoli Peaks Skiing and Tubing 10 Min to French Lick Scenic Railway - Polar Express 20 Min to Patoka Lake Guests will have access to the entire 80 acre property including hiking, walking trails, firepit, fishing pond and river views. There are 5 RV sites and a Treehouse cabin on the property so it is possible that there will be other guests on the 80 acres. The Lodge features a restaurant style dining area so there is a large kitchen space that you have access to. It has a full kitchen, bar top, dining tables, booths if you need a little more space to spread out. It’s great for group meals, family dinners, game night, cookouts and campfires! There is also WiFi available. The kitchen features: - Guest refrigerators - Gas Oven/Stove - Large Cooking Area - Restaurant style coffee maker - Pots/Pans/Silverware - Baking and Cooking Utensils - Dishes/Glassware - Crockpot - InstantPot - Water Cooler The restaurant area also features a piano for family music or sign along. We also have a variety of games available for kids and adults - Sequence, Uno, Catch Phrase, Monopoly, etc! If you have questions about something you might need, please feel free to ask. In addition to the restaurant kitchen, there is a really cool outdoor cooker, a couple of gas grills, a fire-pit, a huge front porch and you are welcome to use that space but it will all be shared with other guest staying in the Lodge unless it is a full lodge rental.
