Home in Woodland

Hi, my home is close to the Sacramento International Airport (15min), Davis (15min), Sacramento (25min), and downtown Woodland (2min). You’ll love my place because of the self check in, new renovation, cleanliness, comfy bed and fast wifi. There is a large yard with fruit trees and vegetables (help yourself). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Very relaxed and easy going host. The space This is a newly renovated 3 bedroom home with plenty of free street parking. Guest access Free access to anything including kitchen, fridge, washer and dryer. It is only Sunny my roommate in the home now, he has been helping me run the Airbnb for the last 2 years. I've been living back home in Australia ever since COVID. Sunny is a great guy who is helpful while still allowing you to have your own privacy. Please check our reviews! You will have 1 room with a queen bed, my bedroom is empty and not used for Airbnb and Sunny has 1 room. There is 1 bathroom which will be shared with you and Sunny. During your stay I will have as much or as little interaction as you like, it's up to you!
