Spacious and cosy, it provides a wonderful place to relax. Close to Govetts Leap, bushwalks & 20min stroll to the village. Bedrooms made available according to number of guests. Base price 2 x guests sharing one bed. Price varies dependent on number of guests & number of rooms required. Dogs welcome with prior approval. No cats. The space 1 x Queen Bedroom + bath en-suite 1 x Double Bedroom + shower en-suite 1 x Single Bedroom with king single bed + option of extra king single air bed Main bathroom with bath & shower over Well provisioned kitchen. Living Room + Dining Room + Sunroom. Open fires + heaters or air conditioning will help keep you warm. TV + DVDs, record player, board games & garden games. Shady foliage of liquidambars & oaks through Summer. Magnificent Autumn displays of the maples. Sunny district views with snow through Winter. Springtime colours of daffodils, bluebells, iris, azaleas, rhododendrons & cherry blossom. Guest access All guests have access to all living spaces in the house. I can provide a king single air bed on request if there are 6 people in your group. This will be set up in the Single room, adjacent to the king single bed. Please be responsible with your energy usage in the house. Dog guests are permitted to stay with prior approval only. They are permitted inside & the property is fully fenced.
