Spacious Haven By The Sea

Gorgeous super central and incredibly spacious flat in central location only thirty seconds from the beach! The flat is incredibly close to the beautiful beach, parks, the Sussex Downs & all the popular spots of Brighton & Hove whilst also ideally located on a quiet leafy residential street where you can hear birds singing in the morning! There are more bars and restaurants than you could hope for try in the area & the welcome pack has lots of recommendations :) The space The room is a big double with large walk in closet and private en-suite toilet exclusively for guests. The room has a 50 inch TV, and a fridge for keeping all your personal and easy to access snacks! The main bathroom with shower over bathtub is shared with me, as is the front patio which has cute garden furniture for a patio soirée should you feel like it! The kitchen is shared with me and available from 6-7 PM each day. Guest access Guests have access to the double bedroom, walk in wardrobe, exclusive use of the guest toilet, shared use of bathroom and front patio and access to kitchen from 6-7 PM. Feel free to enjoy my art and library too! During your stay I am sometimes in the flat when guests are present and other times I am out or away - so guests may benefit from this. I am always available by phone, text or email and am a fast responder for any needs! Other things to note Our flat is kept meticulously and we will look forward to welcoming you and having you be a happy guardian of the space. We ask that you leave the flat how you received it, clean, tidy and in the same state of repair. No parties or gatherings are allowed. Smoking and shoes inside the house are not permitted.
