Artistic apartment in Novi Sad

The house is located in a quiet part of Novi Sad, where are predominantly houses. The house is on three floors, the rental apartment is in the middle. The entrance is shared as in the building and each apartment inside has its own separate entrance. The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, a dining space, terrace and a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed. I'm a painter and in the house you will enjoy a private exhibition of paintings :) The space Note: Tap water not potable!
