Condo in Petaluma

Incredible 14 year new commercial loft for your getaway w/private bedroom and bath! You'll be staying close to the Petaluma river with kayakers paddling by. Your room is on the 3rd level, so please be good w/stairs. There are hand railings along the stairs. New bed and fine supima cotton sheets with a down comforter! Coffee and tea are provided, along with a microwave, kettle, filtered water and a small refrigerator. Wifi available. The space This is a mixed use neighborhood whereby industry and residential come together. Nearby artists & businesses are working in the warehouses, and Port Tasting is right around the corner. Several restaurants within a 3 minute walk that includes, Pearl a few feet away, Aqus Cafe around the corner, Quinua Portuguese Restaurant 2 short blocks away. Downtown is an easy half mile walk away. There is access to seating along the river a block away with a table, benches, and lawn area. Guest access Parking is on the street where available. The Smart Train is within walking distance and can take you to San Rafael or Larkspur where you can catch a ferry to San Francisco. During your stay I will be here to greet you, provide you with the condo keys and show you around. I also live here with my two adorable medium sized dogs and a kitty that stays in my room. My dogs are very friendly. I am available for your questions and will answer you within an hour or two at most.
