This three storey Georgian town house apartment is both elegant and comfortable with lots of luxurious touches to make your stay special. We have a minimum occupancy of 10 guests over the weekends (if less than 10 are staying, the 10 person price will still apply). If you have less than 10 guests, please send us an enquiry email directly with your requirements and we will do our best to help. We price dynamically per guest so please make sure you select the exact number of guests for an accurate price. Our property, Hot Bath House, offers ample space for families, hen/stag parties and larger groups visiting the city, it is also available for smaller groups from Sunday-Thursday. Hot Bath House is a tourism award-winning property that was once a beautiful Georgian shop and it now provides the perfect base from which to explore Bath. •Four spacious bedrooms, featuring three super king size beds that can be unzipped to single beds. There are also an additional single bed, a sofa bed and two sets of full sized bunk beds. •Three of the bedrooms feature a dressing area, with luxurious GHD hair straighteners and hair dryers. •There is a large sitting room with plenty of comfortable seating, a beautifully ornate fireplace, a fun bar area with a wine fridge and a television with on-demand services such as Netflix. •A light, well-fitted kitchen with a beautiful kitchen island, perfect for a relaxed evening. •Ample bathroom space for larger groups including double walk-in showers filled with luxury organic toiletries and another separate W/C. We include complimentary toiletries, freshly ground coffee, tea, fresh local milk and unlimited Wi-fi for use in our properties to make your stay extra special and easy. Children under 5 stay for free and travel cots/highchairs can be provided free of charge - please just ask! Guest access The whole property will be yours to enjoy - you won't be sharing with anyone else. Other things to note We wish for our guests to have fun and relax but as the property is situated in the city centre surrounded by residents, we ask our guests that they don't treat it as a party house and respect our neighbours at all times. Any noise complaints may result in loss of security deposit. 2-night minimum stay at weekends, Christmas and New Year. Earlier check-in/later check-out can be arranged for a charge. (Subject to availability). We require a credit/debit card for a pre authorisation security deposit before check-in at this property which must be provided to us directly. Our weekend stays are from Fri-Sun (min 2 nights). We can accommodate some Saturday arrivals under special circumstances/bank holiday weekends. Please ask!
