The cottage is an old farmhouse recently and completely restored (in 2018) and newly equipped, located in a small hamlet but independent (no shared walls) and with a south-facing view of the forest. It is located 2 km from Saint Cirgues en Montagne, a village with all local shops. 350 m2 enclosed plot in front of the house. The space The place is located on the Ardèche mountain at an altitude of 1100 m in a preserved natural setting conducive to rest but also to outdoor activities: cycling, mountain biking (rental of electric bikes in the village), hiking, fishing, mushroom picking, swimming (Lake Issarlès, a top spot for summer swimming, 20 minutes away, Lake Coucouron 15 minutes away)... Other things to note 2 bedrooms with 140 x 190 beds and 1 bedroom with 90 x 190 bunk beds. Minimum weekly rental during school holidays (from Saturday to Saturday). Possibility to rent per night outside this period (2 nights minimum), contact me. 1 small or medium size pet accepted at no extra charge, therefore the cleaning service does not include that related to this pet: hair, dog smells etc...
