Our restaurant and garden cafe besides serving Indian, Tibetan and European cuisines also dishes out a Healthy Traveller Menu which has interesting options like sprouted beans with beets, lentil and turnip soup, humas and vegetable wrap, rice and zucchini salad, seabuck thorn tea, barley coffee, mixed veggies and olive salad, zucchini omelette and spaghetti and nutrela. For the healthy menu we try to use as much as possible organic fresh veggies from our green house.
