Welcome to our adorable home with a vintage look but modern amenities. This large and spacious home boasts two bedrooms with a king in the master and a queen in the guest room. It also has a large family room that can be sectioned off as a third sleeping quarters, You can choose between a futon or a queen air mattress. In the living room, watch TV comfortably on our leather recliners. We have extremely fast internet to stream movies or work if you need to. Our home is very spacious and very welcoming. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to cook wonderful homemade meals. There are two bedroom with their own private baths. The master is enormous with a large powder room. The living room is attached to the dining area, and there is a huge family room downstairs. The family room can be converted into a separate, private sleeping area with a fold out futon or a queen air mattress, which we provide with black out curtains. There are TVs in both the living room and family room. It also has a large, fenced-in backyard that we added for our dogs so your dogs can enjoy it, too. We tried to make this a comfy place to escape near the beautiful outdoors. The entire place is for guest use. Parking in the driveway with additional street parking. Guest can text or call me any time but I don't want to bother them There is a lovely park directly across the street with a child's play structure, basketball hoops, NEW PICKLE BALL Courts and plenty of grass to play. If you don't mind walking about 1 mile, you can walk downtown to many restaurants and shops. During the summer there's a farmers' Market on Saturday. Parking downtown is free but it can get a bit busy. Its nice to have a car so you can drive to place to hike, bike, fish, or just hang out by the river. Grants Pass is great for outdoor enthusiast... excellent fishing, river rafting, mountain bike riding, hiking, etc. If you need any tips, please let us know.
