The entire unit is professionally cleaned after each guests check-out. - RIWA is a secluded, stand alone building, located in a quiet residential area. You do not need to share public spaces or elevators with neighbors, to social distance. - Wish to enjoy Bangkok vibrant life? RIWA is in the middle of all the best restaurants, night life, and sightseeing spots. - We have an in-house resident caretaker. The space The two bedroom plus den apartment offers a great living area. It features private keycard-activated elevator that will take you directly to your private apartment. Guests have access to their own private unit and the Roof-Top. With a large living room for gathering, the unit accommodates 4 in comfort with en-suite bathroom for each bedrooms. The 2 master bedrooms have a large walk-in closets where you can enjoy dressing in comfort with own in-room air-conditioning. The den allows for additional sleeping for 2. For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a full kitchen and an in-unit washing machine. Two parking stalls are also available for your use. Guest access You will have full access of: - 1st Floor: Entrance and parking - 4th Floor: Apartment with 3 bedrooms, living-room and kitchen (another bedroom is locked for owner private belongings storage) - 5th Floor: Roof-Top with Pool You will have access to 4th and 5th floors by private lift Other things to note RIWA Thonglor is situated on a private, residential lane.
