TV is Crystal with German and international programms as well as smart TV for Netflix etc. you got your own off-street parking and the house has a big swimming pool with sea views as well as a Jacuzzi that can be used. The apartment is serviced 1x a week. Laundry service is available upon request and charged extra. Guest access You got access to your private apartment with own entrance and secure parking, the pool area and jacuzzi is shared with two other apartments as well as a big garden area.
