The house is situated on a beautiful residential street in a very safe family neighbourhood close to public transit, outdoor parks, recreational facilities and shopping nearby. Whether you are visiting Toronto for an English course, are taking an exchange semester at University or are coming to Canada for a longer period as a tourist, we welcome you to our beautiful house. The space This shared basement apartment is huge! There are a total of four bedrooms, two washrooms, one living room with dining room and a fully stocked eat-in kitchen with laundry facility. Be one of the first guests to stay in this recently renovated 5-Star luxury Airbnb. You'll love the high ceilings, the large room sizes and spacious common areas. The fabulous neighbourhood will make you feel right at home. This is a shared house and you have to be mindful of others when using any of the common areas. You have to wash dishes immediately after you're finished with the kitchen and take your personal belongings into your room when you leave the common areas etc. Guest access You are welcome to use any of the common areas as outlined in the pictures. The only areas you can't access are the three other private rooms as they will be locked. During your stay We live upstairs and are always available in case of emergency. Other things to note There is an outdoor video camera installed to monitor the entrance of the apartment.
