Beautiful Cottage with Garden and Pool

Beautiful cottage (independent to the main house), of 70m2 located on the hill of Collserola in Vallvidrera (Barcelona). It is built up on the hill, with beautiful view to the garden and swimming pool. The space The property has an open kitchen to the living room, a bathroom with a large shower, and a bedroom. The cottage has a double terrace, to enjoy both sides of the garden. Ideal for people looking for a quiet retreat during their stay in Barcelona. Guest access The house is independent from the main house, although the access is shared. You can walk in the garden and use the swimming pool freely. The garden produce is for the private use of the host family, but can be visited freely. Access to the house is shared, and guests can park for free on the street (there is never a problem of parking spaces and it is very safe). Being located in Vallvidrera, public transport is limited (tram and bus required). It is preferable to use a car or scooter for quick and easy access (we can provide information on car/motorbike rental). With public transport, expect 15 min to reach Sarria, and 40 min to reach Plaza Cataluña. Other things to note We offer a basic weekly cleaning service, and we will change sheets and towels every second week. The rest of the cleaning (dishes, taking out the garbage, any additional laundry, etc. is under the guest's responsibility). We also offer some basic household products to start your stay (shower gel, soap, detergent, olive oil, salt...). It will be the guest responsibility to refill these once finished. Being an independent cottage in the middle of the garden, guests will have total privacy and tranquility during their stay. It should be noted that the hosts also reside in the main house.
