[To Prevent the Spread of COVID-19] After checkout, we have all the windows open to get fresh air in and sanitize all the places guests may touch. We also ask guests to do the following in order not to prevent the spread of COVID-19. (1) Please make sure to wear facial mask, wash hands, sanitize hands as often as possible, especially after returning from outside (2) Please check your body temperature at least once a day. If you or your company is not feeling well and is showing symptoms of COVID-19, please contact us right away, and we will advise you what to do. [Occupancy Hours of Guest Room] •The Guest is entitled to occupy the contracted guest room from 5pm to 11am on the following day. However, in cases when the guest is accommodation dated continuously, the guest may occupy it all day long, except for the days of arrival and departure. •In case the guest occupies the room beyond the time above, extra charges shall be paid as follows: 　(1) Up to 3 hours: one third of the room charge; 　(2) Up to 6 hours: one half of the room charge; 　(3) More than 6 hours: room charge in full. [Rules & Regulations] 1. Please be sure to review the emergency exit instructions posted on the inside of your guest-room door upon your arrival. 2. When leaving your room, please be sure to lock the door and bring your card key with you. 3. Guests are requested to refrain from smoking in any areas within the building. Smoking in this building will result in the additional cleaning charge of the equivalent two night’s rate. Smoking in non-designated smoking area is strictly prohibited again local law. 4. Usage of fireworks, candles, etc. is strictly forbidden inside guest-rooms or hallways. 5. Please do not rearrange guest-room furniture to any great extent without prior our permission. Guests will be required to pay full compensation for any damages they may inflict upon any part of the building, any loss suffered for which guests bear responsibility 6. Keep the noise level to a minimum at all times, especially between 9pm to 7am. We may ask you to leave if needed. 7. Please kindly take off shoes inside the guest’s room 8. Guests under 18 are not allowed to stay on their own 9. We refuse usage of its facilities by anti- social organizations and their individual members, including members of organized crime groups, radical groups, or their individual members. 10. We also refuse usage of individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who exhibit conduct that may cause fear, anxiety or injury to other guests or tenants, neighbours 11. We do not take responsibility for the loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables during stay. 12. Guests are requested to ensure they do not leave their belongings either at the lobby or at the corridors without our permission. [Please Do Not Bring in] 　(1) Dogs, cats, birds and other animals or pets (seeing eye and assistance dogs permitted) ; 　(2) Gunpowder, volatile oils or other explosives or inflammables; 　(3) Objects emitting a foul odor; 　(4) Unregistered firearms, swords, drugs or other articles the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Japan.
