Located right by a natural beach and around 10 minute walk to the Blue Cave and Maeda Cape. Ryukyu Mura is only 15 minute walk. When you type Maeda Flats on Utube, will see its untouched beauty hidden paradise located in our backyard. Enjoy kayaking, snorkeling,body board & other marine sports. Diving shop and zip lining is only 3 min walk. DISCLAIMER ! Our place is surrounded by thick vegetation. We have good aluminum windows w/ screens but some insects occasionally slip in. The space Our backyard is right by the ocean where Maeda Flats is located. Sleep at night and wake up to the sound of the ocean waves and feel the breeze. Words and picture don't do justification to the beauty of Maeda Flats and Maeda Cape. To view the panoramic view of our shore, riding a canoe is suggested which we offer for free use. Due to the nature of the location, it is possible dor bugs and insects to make their way into the beachhouse. We do provide the necessary repellents under the sink. During rainy season frogs are abundant and quite noisy with their chorus singing! Ants have also Been posed as a problem which we try to eliminate as much as we can. Our room size is 33 square meters studio type with parking lot and a veranda We also have wifi. The sofa turns into a flat bed and we also have Japanese futon to sleep 4 people. There are historical sites outside the backyard like the century old and forgotten Okinawan tombs almost covered in dense woods and seashore has perfectly cut huge coral rocks that were used as walls and foundations for old Okinawan castles. Okinawa is a subtropical island. Although we have 4 seasons, it doesn't snow. Our neighborhood: Maeda Flats by our backyard, 15 minutes walk to Maeda Cape, 4 minutes drive to Ryukyu Mura, 5 minute walk to Forest Adventure, 3 minutes walk to the nearest diving shop, 25 minutes drive to Mihama. 10 minute walk to Maeda Cape Blue Cave. There are two mom and pop stores and only 2-3 minute walk from the house on opposite directions. Other things to note I am very friendly, I speak Japanese, English and Tagalog. IMPORTANT: We are a licensed guesthouse and just like hotels, we are obliged to get copies of your identity such as passports. This is mandated by the Japanese law.
