The Cove is our humble abode and is located perfectly in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. With a selection of pristine sandy beaches, waterways and the Maroochydore CBD either a short walk, bike ride or drive away, you will be spoilt for choice! This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a relaxed low maintenance holiday in the heart of the stunning Sunshine Coast. The space The Cove is a spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with plenty of indoor & outdoor living space to create the perfect holiday. You'll be welcomed into a modern, spacious open plan living which flows through to the outdoor entertaining area providing the perfect place for family and friends. The home has a fenced backyard for the kids to play safely and so your furry friends don't need to be left behind. You'll stay cool with ceiling fans in every room and split system air-conditioning located on the lower level, media room & main bedroom. If the day turns to grey or if you just want a cosy night in, you can find a huge selection of board games with Wifi, Netflix, Stan & Disney Plus also provided at no charge. There is ample car parking available with a double lock up garage for 2 vehicles, driveway parking plus plenty of street parking also available. The home is also just metres away from the water so you can enjoy some stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing or simply an afternoon walk by the water. Paddle Boards, Bikes, other sporting equipment and additional bedding can be made available upon request.
