Well-appointed, fully equipped private apartment

Located in the vibrant and beautiful neighbourhood of Riverdale, a two minute walk away from the subway, steps away from two beautiful 20-acre parks, a plethora of restaurants and coffee shops, the Danforth Music Hall, and a short subway ride to downtown Toronto, we welcome you to our comfortable and private one bedroom lower-level apartment in our family home. The space The apartment is approximately 600 square feet. There is a private separate entrance down some steps to the apartment. The apartment features a large entry with closet, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, an in-suite washer and dryer, a queen-size bed with hypoallergenic duvet and pillows, a large bedroom closet, a desk work area, a bathroom with rain shower, cable T.V. and Wi-fi. There is also a double-sized sleeper sofa in the living room area ideally suited to one adult or two younger children. The kitchen is fully outfitted with all essential equipments. There is also an ironing board and iron for your convenience. Guest access As this is our personal family home, we ask that guests please do not access the yard at the rear of the house. We also ask that guests who smoke cigarettes and/or e-cigarettes please refrain from smoking anywhere on our property. All recreational drugs are strictly prohibited in the apartment or anywhere on our property. Guests who engage in such activity will forfeit their booking and be asked to leave immediately. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note Should parking be required, it is possible to purchase a temporary weekly on-street parking permit for a cost of $21.63 +HST.
