Lovely Terrace House in Inner city Darlinghurst! Near many bars, cafes, restaurants. Walking distance to CBD. Check in times: Weekends is from 12 midday. Weekdays is also from 12 midday but the room may not be cleaned until after 3-4pm. But you are welcome to change the bedsheets prior to then for a $15 discount if it suits. The house is thoroughly cleaned regularly, kitchen & bathroom etc, but it cannot be perfectly clean 24/7 as it is a share-house. Come and enjoy Sydney here with us! The space Charming old terrace house in the heart of Sydney’s best inner city suburbs! We have an old-style artistic house with spacious kitchen on a lovely street. Quiet & friendly household of 4-8 friendly guests (including the owner) from all over the world! 20 min walk to CBD. 30-40 min walk to the beautiful Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge! 5-10 min walk to supermarkets, Coles & Woolworths. Great proximity to public transport, 5-10min walk to Kings Cross train station, 2-10min to many buses (to beaches, City etc), 25min walk to ferry. Close walking distance to many cafes, bars, restaurants, nightlife in nearby Kings Cross and busy Oxford st (Taylor Square) for clothing stores, cinemas, supermarkets, shops, gyms, markets, book shops, tennis courts, parks, harbour, etc 🍔🍕🍺🍷💃🕺🎃 Please be aware that this is a sharehouse and can be rough around the edges. While it is thoroughly cleaned regularly, there are many people living here and it cannot be spotless and perfectly clean all the time unfortunately. There is also a bit of dust throughout the house. Backyard only with permission. During your stay I am usually busy working either at home or out but I am contactable at any time. I am sometimes around at home. There are also other friendly long term & Airbnb guests staying at the house also :) but usually most guests just keep to themselves. Other things to note Check in times: Weekends is from 12 midday. The front door is often open during the day for ventilation and easy access 🚪 Only 1 roll of toilet paper can be provided per stay 🧻 Please be considerate and use responsibly and only for the toilet. Please always keep it in your room and don’t leave in the bathroom. And please be respectful of the next guests and leave the remaining for them! 🌈 Any extra staying guests cost extra $10 per person per night paid before arrival. Any extra visiting guests/friends are not allowed in the house without permission beforehand.
