The entire apartment was completely renovated in 2017. 24-hour self check-in The space This is the room with a small terrace and the bathroom, outside the room but large and PRIVATE, is right in front of the room. The building is located in a very strategic position, in the center and under the Station. We don't have parking. Those arriving by car can park in the blue lines on the street or at the station parking lot. Walking in the pedestrian street in front of the building, you can reach the sea in 15 pleasant minutes, walking among the shops to have an aperitif in the beautiful Porto Mirabello. Guest access Behind the building is the train station to visit the 5 Terre, with trains every 20 minutes, a kind of subway from which it is 50 meters away. Below the building is the bus stop to visit Lerici, a marvelous town in the Gulf of Poets. The bus stop for Portovenere is a 5-minute walk away. During your stay Guests, as can also be read in the reviews, are followed by the owner in an intense and organized way for an easy stay. The Host speaks 3 languages fluently (Italian, English and Spanish) Other things to note The building does not have an elevator, like all those located in the city center, a defect that most of the buildings that are located in such a convenient area have in common. Below the house there is a supermarket open every day until 8:00 p.m., and a bar with a typical Italian breakfast and outdoor tables.
