Five to six minutes away from Sm city, near to some local stores. You can cook within the unit, enjoy the smartTv Netflix with fibre WIFI.Just Outside the unit is the playground and garden and below is the sports area where you and your kids can enjoy:) Located at KM288 Marcos Highway previously Summer Place Hotel, Baguio City near Baguio General Hospital The space As if you own a Home:) Along the hiway... the bus will stop you right in front of the building! Summer Pines Residences' building is a sign that you are in Baguio City proper already.:) Guest access All inside the unit:) Other things to note Kindly note that after 2 guests there's additional charge of 600 each person and NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel. Hoping it would help both parties to be clear and prevent future problem. And there is 1k deposit to be collected before physically checking in- because we have seen a lot of irresponsible guest destroying things and so careless, not even care.
