Beautifully located vacation home all to you with fantastic views for up to 6 people above the magnificently wide bay of Anse A La Mouche on the west coast of Mahé. Our house is on the list of certified accommodations according to Ministry Of Health. The space You have the house completely to yourself and is the ideal starting point to visit the most beautiful beaches on Mahé (Anse A La Mouche, Anse Soleil, Petit Anse, Anse Takamaka, Anse Intendance, Anse Gaulettes, Anse Royal, Anse Louis). It is in a quiet location with separate access (steep). From the terrace you have a fantastic view of Anse A La Mouche. A hammock can be hung up. Towels and bed linen are provided. Each bedroom has air conditioning, a fan and a mosquito net for each bed. Kitchen appliances available: kettle, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, hand stirrer and a filter coffee maker. We provide one beach towel per person, so it is advisable to bring another beach towel. In the house is a baby travel bed, a child seat and a baby stroller (Kraxe) Guest access When the house is booked, it is completely at your disposal, it does not have to be shared with other guests. There is a mobile WiFi router available (credit must be charged locally). For this purpose, for example, a Sim card must be purchased from Cable & Wireless and credits must be charged (it is advisable not to watch videos and films online with this - high consumption of data volume). In the garage there is a grill which can of course be used (charcoal must be organized yourself. This is usually possible in supermarkets, but in any case in the STC hypermarket in Victoria). If you want, you can connect the garden shower and shower outdoors. A hammock invites you to relax! Other things to note Children up to 2 years are free, children and adolescents under 18 years pay a lower price than indicated as an additional person. For long-term stays, I am happy to accommodate the prices from the 3rd person. Please contact me shortly in advance in this case. Please simply indicate the number of all guests and the age of the minor children. I will then send an offer. Beaches can be reached on foot in about 25-30 minutes, by car in just 5 - 10 minutes. A small "Tante Emma" store is located just beyond my house where you can find almost everything for everyday needs. The shop can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Directly below my house at Anse A La Mouche there are another 2 small shops, a vegetable stand and a refrigerated store with fish sales. The approach to the house leads in the last bit over relatively steep, sometimes very narrow roads. Since 08/01/2023, a Tourism Environmental Sustainability Tax will be due, which was announced on July 27, 2020 by press release from the Ministry of Finance, National Planning and Trade.
