Hi, I'm Claudia. I was born in Piombino, but I spent many happy moments in this small house, especially in my childhood. It has in fact belonged to my family since 1850, starting with my great-great-grandparents Egisto, a lighthouse keeper, and Isolina! It is located in a small village, in a quiet and peaceful area of the countryside, a 10-minute pleasant walk from the center of the village and the beach. You can therefore enjoy the serenity of the countryside while having all your needs close by. The space Compose like this: Located on the ground floor, the house welcomes you with a bright living/dining area - a brand new kitchenette equipped with everything you need to cook; induction burners, crockery, fridge, freezer, espresso machine. - a cool double bedroom - a small bedroom with bunk beds - A newly renovated bathroom with a water heater, shower, and hairdryer. Linens are provided (sheets, blanket, towels) Perfect for two adults and 2 children over 3 years of age. (Not equipped for babies). Independent entrance, pets allowed, use of the outdoor area (not for private use) equipped with umbrella, deck chairs and table for pleasant relaxation after a day at the beach. The house is very small, about 40 square meters, but equipped with everything you need except the washing machine, so for stays of 2 weeks guests, if necessary, can use the coin-operated laundry in the center of the village. (The back of the house is adjacent to the back of another private garden, it is not accessible but is only for servicing the water tank. There is no view from the bedroom windows. Public parking 50 meters from the house. Given the ancient walls 50cm thick, the house is naturally cool in the summer, but it's still equipped with air conditioning. Guest access The small square (not for exclusive use) in front of the entrance is available for small meals or as a relaxation area. Possibility of using 2 Mountain Bikes, one of which has a child seat. A beach umbrella is also available. Other things to note I provide guests with two bicycles so that I can go where one also has child seats. The house is not equipped for infants. There's no room for a lounger.
