We are a bed and breakfast only accommodation and not a home to rent.This is free standing villa type accommodation . Less than 2 hrs drive from Sydney this paradise is the first of the white sands and palm trees heading north. Three great lakes over 20 beaches all within 30 min drive great restaurants theatres and holiday activities on Australia's holiday coast. 4 minutes walk to Boomerang beach. 5 minutes to Shelly beach(nature beach). 15 minutes stroll to restaurants and cafes. The space Location is considered one of the best on the Holiday coast even the locals say "Welcome to Paradise"Our B and B is purpose built and has three villas all with own private courtyards where you can watch native birds eating in the native trees.Off street free parking. Guest access Guests have access to restaurants,clubs,golf links,boating,fishing,diving,bush walking,movies,whale and Dolphin watching,Weekend markets all close by. During your stay We appreciate guests like to have privacy but our favourite pastime is meeting people and it costs nothing so we love to mingle with guests.We have an area set up as a common area where guests can enjoy a glass or two together at there leisure.b Other things to note We provide a Gourmet breakfast included in price.This villa can be rented with adjoining villa Elizabeth to accommodate 8 people.Please note the tariff listed is for a couple in one queen bed extra guests are $90.00 per night per person.
