No TV's are located in any of the private rooms. The space This home has two living floors. Main living floor has: sun porch, kitchen, two bedrooms, living room, office area, two closets. BEDROOM 1: Main Floor Sleeps 1-3, one queen bed and one optional twin mattress on floor. This room has A/C. Dresser, chair and nightstand. Very comfortable bed. Has some road noise due to traffic, but is easily white noised out with a fan. BEDROOM 2: Main Floor Sleeps 2, one queen bed, dresser, nightstand, small table, quieter room, no A/C, fan available. BEDROOM 3: Upstairs Sleeps 1-2, two twin beds, two chairs, small closet, nightstand, no AC, fan available. BEDROOM 4: Upstairs 2 beds (1 full, 1 twin), sitting chair, desk, deskchair, nightstand, two lights, fan and outlets. House windows are closed during the day to keep the house cool, then opened up at night to allow cool air to enter. House stays nice and cool all day. Upstair bedrooms get hot in the day and fans cool them off at night. 1 to 10 people are welcome to stay. 1 or more nights is fine. Discounts available depending on # of people in party.
