Watch the otters play and the boats sail past! 960 sq ft open plan apartment with great room, small well-equipped kitchen, propane fireplace, bedroom w/ comfy king bed & dressing area with sink, laundry room w/washer & dryer. There's a nook in the great room that houses a futon type full sized bed that can sleep two (smaller people or kids). The tall ceilings make it feel extra spacious and the windows let lots of light and views in. The space There is a deck with a propane barbecue grill and a small table and chairs. The main house is in front of the guesthouse, but to the side, so there's still lots of view of Sequim Bay, Mt Baker, the Strait and the San Juans. There were a few requests for more privacy, so we just added some drapes in the great room. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower, and the dressing area in the bedroom has an extra sink. Guest access This guest house is over a 3 car garage, so there are some stairs to get up there. There is a front gate and fenced dog run. When you bring a dog, cleaning fee is an extra $25 per dog, so please be prepared to pay the difference. Other things to note There is Sequim sales tax and room tax (10.7%) that will be added to the cost if Airbnb does not charge it. If I make any changes to your stay, for some reason it does not charge the tax. There is really not access down to the water, and not a beach to speak of, in front of our house. The Marina is 1 mile away and has a nice area to access the water. I walk my dog to the marina often and play around the water.
