Little Finchley (small B&B unit) - pet-friendly

Best suited to solo/couple, smaller of our 2 listed units (ref also Finchley BnB listing larger altern). Picturesque. Fully fenced rural site 2 mins from Princes Hwy, 20-25 minutes to Jervis Bay beaches, walks, villages, great views, shopping and dining. Small (no kitchen) but well equipped, incl separate bedroom, full bathroom (NB: SHOWER OVER BATH), compact sitting room, secure gated deck, lawn, al fresco setting, BBQ. Cont breakfast items provided for guests to prepare at their convenience. The space This unit has a very compact sitting room, suited to through travellers stopping overnight or a solo guest who wants a peaceful quiet break. While the unit is small, it also includes your own spacious, enclosed (marine wire) gated deck, with al fresco seating, and a gated lawn below the deck where pets can securely roam in sight of their owners. This location is a great place to unwind, watch the native birds, and enjoy the tranquil setting and views. Guest access Under cover parking is provided for one vehicle, and there is plenty of extra space for more vehicles, boat or caravan etc. The unit has its own gated deck, with private entrance, outdoor seating and BBQ. As we live on site, I try to ensure I am always here to welcome our guests. Our main front gate is electronic: upon arrival, press the button beside the gate once, and it will slowly open, then close itself 90 seconds later. There is also a metal farm gate beside it as an alternative. Other things to note This smaller unit has no kitchen but some limited cooking facilities are included (hotplate, pots and pans, mini electric frypan) together with microwave. Our cottage and unit are non-smoking, both fitted with smoke detectors. We request that guests smoke away from the dwelling (plenty of outdoor space away from verandahs and please do not drop cigarettes or matches in the garden (ash tray provided). No parties or loud music please: we offer a serene and pleasant setting for our guests and would ask that they respect this, and our neighbours. Well behaved, house-trained pets are welcome indoors (by prior negotiation), and we provide water and food bowls. Please clean up after your pets, do not allow greasy bones indoors or on outdoor furniture. Please do not leave pets at the unit unsupervised, unless by prior agreement. Thank you.
