Very bright, spacious and comfortable house on the Antonio Banderas Promenade, in the Huelin neighborhood, just 200 meters from the beach. In front of a nice park, in a quiet and very well located area, close to the Huelin Market, famous for its fresh fish, as well as beach bars and restaurants. The house has two bedrooms, a living room with a TV and sofa bed, a large bathroom, a kitchen-dining room, and a large private backyard. Possibility of private parking 50 meters away. The space The house is designed to be enjoyed with space and without rushing: • 2 comfortable and spacious bedrooms with closets • 1 large full bathroom with bathtub, very spacious (a wheelchair can access, although it is not adapted) • Cozy living room with TV and sofa bed • Large and fully equipped kitchen-dining room, ideal for sharing meals and enjoying longer stays • Large private backyard, perfect for breakfast in the sun, family meals, or quiet dinners The living room is one of the apartment's most special spaces. It stands out for its English-style wooden shelves, full of books for all tastes. Many guests have left their books here for others to enjoy, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The capacity is ideal for 4 people, although it is also perfect for couples who value space or longer stays in Malaga. Guest access The guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. • Entire home for private use • Private backyard • Private parking available 50 meters away for €15/day (on request, check availability) • Free Wi-Fi, ideal for both leisure and teleworking • Centralized hot/cold air conditioning • We accept pets upon request with a surcharge of €10/night (max €50 per stay) Other things to note Prior to arrival, a link will be sent to complete the mandatory guest registration in Spain. All occupants must fill it out. Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the stay.
