Carolina Low Country relaxation on a rural mini farm. Direct water access for fishing, boating and swimming .Bring your boat (canoe and Kayaks on site) and/or bikes! Several decks and patios to fish and watch the boats and dolphins pass .Firepit, propane grill, Tiki Bar , bikes and huge hot tub . First floor apartment with a king, queen, 2 twins , private bath. There is a seperate living room, dining / KITCHENETTE area with own patio. The space Seabreeze has become "a must come-back again" place for all our guests! We are proud to offer a unique environment to enjoy. Fishing, boating, swimming and watching sunsets off our private dock ( please use at your own risk and safety) . Chickens to visit, kids toys on site, tree swing, corn hole , crabbing and clamming. We sometimes say our name should be " CAMP SEABREEZE " because it feels more like overnight camp as kids, but for everyone! Beaches are less than 10 mins away, but folks usually swim and float on rafts right on our waterfront! Restaurants, parks, historic sites...are close in Wilmington, Carolina Beach and Kure Beach ( a very short drive away). The efficiency apartment is ground level of main house with it's own private patio and direct access to yard and dock. Owners live in Main house above apartment .Other outdoor areas are shared with friends and family. Guest access Lockbox key for private apartment. Apartment is unlocked for check-in. Additional key is inside area.
