A spacious and light 3-floor private house with an extensive (fenced) communal garden / playground that is shared among the 36 private family homes in this unique building project. From the house, it is 10 minutes cycle along the river Spaarne to Haarlem city centre (from where 15 minutes by train to Amsterdam Central station) as well as a bus ride away from the beach! Ideal for a family with two children, or for four adults. Option to add comfortable air bed (100cm wide) in living room. One with very comfy double bed (180x200cm); the other, my daughter's room, has an adults-size single bed, with an extra pull-out same size bed underneath (both beds 90x200). On this floor you also find a spacious roof terrace, which still needs plants etc, but has lovely morning and evening sun to enjoy.
