Colonial Inn Guest Rooms Room 1 Freshly Renovated

Accommodation is in a separate building adding to the tranquillity and privacy. There are 2 motel style rooms with ensuites and tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, flat screen tv etc. Room 1 is freshly renovated. Rooms are not serviced daily but bins, towels and all essentials will be checked. Recently installed new A/C in all rooms . Guest are made to feel welcome but also given space. Please note that breakfast is not supplied. Parties are strictly prohibited!! The space We accommodate our guests in 3 different styles of rooms. We are listing here our 2 large motel style rooms which have their own ensuites and tea and coffee making facilities. Room 1 has been recently refurbished. Only the apartment has cooking facilities. The 2 motel style rooms do not have cooking facilities. Please note for this particular room refer to the first 6 photos. Guest access We live on a 4 acre property and guests can wander down to the creek or sit on the vast expanse of lawn to the west and enjoy the views. Other things to note We are on a tranquil 4 acre rural property with 2 dams, a creek with rustic arched bridges and a couple of alpacas in the paddocks - the nearest shops and eating houses are 7.5 kms away
