This warm, classic apartment located on famous Sunset Cliffs Blvd. just 3 blocks from the ocean and a short walk to the fun, laid back, bohemian style shops, restaurants and local hangouts of Ocean Beach located on Newport Avenue. Newly furnished and decorated with a timeless flair, this affordable specious home away from home is available for monthly rental. Please note that this is a beach area. We are located on sunset Cliffs Blvd there may be traffic noise. Contact if any question 6199627272 The space The space This specious one bedroom , living room Kitchen and dining area unit is located on famous Sunset Cliffs Blvd. center of Ocean Beach, It is a short walk to Beach, restaurants and activities. Downstairs unit - 2 entry ways into home - In front of home and back door leads in home through the kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need, dining room is off of the kitchen. Dining room seating is 4. Living room has 1 futon couch with ottoman, coffee table, TV stand & large flat screen TV. Bedroom - Queen size bed, closet, large wall mirror, TV stand with small flat screen. Hallway has extra storage for your things along with an ironing board and iron. Bathroom - Toilet, sink, shower/tub & towel rack. ALL new/ clean linens, towels, kitchenware & ALL utilities are included. We do not have AC but we can provide fans and heaters upon request Shared outside common areas. Trash bins are located outside - common area. - Free Street parking is only available in front of he house - Please look out for street signs If you get to our home and we do not have something that you feel it should - we are able to make reasonable accommodations and have items delivered. **AT THE TIME OF YOUR CHECK IN - PLEASE REPORT ANY DAMAGES(IF ANY) - IF WE DO ALSO BE SUBMITTED & DAMAGES WILL BE CHARGE TO YOUR CARD** ***PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO CURRENT SITUATION WITH COVID 19, ONLY GUESTS ON THE BOOKING LIST WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE PROPERTY.
