Full bathroom downstairs with another full bathroom on the exterior of the house. Step outside the house onto the beautiful wraparound porch with stunning views of the Ozarks. Enjoy a serene space with the peace and quiet of the country yet the convenience of being 15-20 minutes away from all that Fayetteville has to offer. You will have access to the bunk house and adjoining garage. We live close by and are available if you need us. We are happy to give information about the area but we will give you space if you don't need us. We are located in East Fayetteville, close enough to enjoy the benefits of the city, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. In 15-25 minutes you can get to anywhere in Fayetteville- the University of Arkansas, Dickson St, Northwest Arkansas Mall, Botanical Gardens of the Ozarks, Washington Regional Hospital, etc. Sassafras Springs Vineyard and Winery is just 10 minutes away, Lake Sequoyah and multiple access points to the White River less than 10 minutes away. The perfect location to be close to both entertainment and nature. We can be reached by car. There is plenty of free parking available on premise. There is a small pond on the property. Fish and enjoy the pond at your own risk.
