Close to public transport, along with great access to Gateway & Bruce Highway to the Gold & Sunshine Coast. The space Conveniently situated just 15 minutes from the Brisbane Airport, having a holiday in Brisbane or its surrounding areas has never been easier. 'Brighton Health Campus' is across the road which makes it a perfect location for health care workers, doctors, and patients' families. The open plan studio consists of a super comfy queen bed, kitchen, toilet, shower, and lounge area. There is a flat-screen smart TV in the sitting area (Netflicks is included) and a picturesque view down the driveway of Moreton Bay. • The bathroom area provides a shower, vanity basin, toilet, and hairdryer. They are open plan, so totally fine if you're with someone you know well...maybe not great if your shy • The kitchenette is equipped with a 2 burner cooktop, small fridge, convection microwave, and sink. The area also has a small table with 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils etc • Ground organic fair trade coffee, plunger and a selection of herbal teas are available • Laundry facilities are available for stays of 3 days and longer • All linen used has been sun-dried in our stunning Queensland weather • Netflicks available • Wireless internet is provided, we just ask you don't stream movies or games please Guests have private entry and exit into the home and there is ample street parking. The Brighton/Sandgate/Shorncliffe area is a stunning sea-side location. We love the laid-back feel here, and the beautiful community of people just make it. You’ll also find at Sandgate Village, quirky, boutique & fair trade shopping. Savor a chic dinner out, then return to unwind with wine & chocolate. Of a morning if you walk along the waterfront, you will see personal training groups, yoga and pilates classes taking place in the many parks. Sandgate Parkrun is on every Saturday morning at 7am along Flinders Pde. The Kite Shed is just an easy 2 minute stroll from the local shops which include an IGA minimart, pharmacy, bottle shop, post office, bakery, cafes and restaurants. We are ideally situated 7 minutes drive from the Brisbane Entertainment Centre at Boondall. There is a bus service 2 minute walk away at the local IGA, along with a train station which is situated at Sandgate. Trains leave approximately every half hour into Brisbane. If you don't have a vehicle - uber or a local cabs are the way to go. Guest access Guests have private entry and exit into the home and there is ample street parking. Other things to note For overseas visitors Australia has a myriad of cute critters that sometimes go bump in the night. Please don't be alarmed by the occasional noise of bats or the plonk of a possum jumping from trees onto the roof. Its all part of the Aussie experience!
