IMPORTANT ● The pool is open all year round, except on Mondays or with rare exceptions (cleaning or repair). ● A basic 20Mb/s internet connection is available. The space ● Come and discover this smart and charming apartment, carefully decorated, completely refurbished, located in the heart of a luxurious neighborhood, in a 24/7 secure seaside resort with the largest swimming pool in the north, and free parking, surrounded by the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean such as: (Cabo-Négro, Martil, Restinga, Marina Smir). ■ Located on the third floor with elevator, a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool and gardens, sleeping up to 6 people + 1 baby with all the equipment you will need. Many shops nearby (Supermarket, Banks, cafes, restaurant, pharmacy, mosques...) ■ I have provided you with a basic 20 Mb/s internet connection, it's just for browsing and checking your emails, as well as viewing standard quality videos. ■ The master bedroom consists of: 1/ A double bed for 2 people (Dimension 160/200), for your comfort I opted for the LATEX mattress, resolves many back problems whether it is a herniated disc, a sciatica or other, also suitable for people who may have allergies, it is totally antibacterial and anti-mite. 2/ For more comfort, we have installed a very good quality medical box spring, bought from Ikea. 3/ A Double Duvet + One Sheet + Two medical pillows. 4/ A crib. 5/ Safe with code to protect your precious items. Children's■ bedroom: 1/ 4 bed equipped with medical mattresses (Size 190*80 cm) + 4 Beds + 4 Pillows + 4 Sheets 2/ A computer area for remote work. ■ The living room is equipped with: 1/Ikea Sofa 2/ A connected 55 inch Samsung Smart TV, no Netflix. 3/ A dining table for 6 people. ■ The kitchen is equipped with: 1/ A refrigerator 2/ An oven 3/ A stove 4/ A microwave 5/ Washing machine + Drying 6/ Iron 7/Coffee machine, 8/ Moulinex 9/ Toaster 10/ Water kettle 12/ Dishes ■ Bathroom is equipped with: 1/Italian shower. 2/Electric instant water heater, so no worries that the hot water cools while you take a shower. 3/ Towels 4/Hair dryer. 5/Shoe door. 6/ Toothbrush and toothpaste holder. 7/ Automatic liquid hand soap dispenser. Other things to note THINGS TO KNOW: ● Totally prohibited for unmarried couples either Moroccan or foreign. ● Issuance of "the marriage certificate" or the "family booklet" with the passport or the "CIN" are mandatory for couples. ● A basic 20 Mbps internet connection, just to browse and check your inbox, watch average quality videos. ● We have at your disposal 4 large shower towels 70×140 cm, and 4 hand towels 50×100 cm, we can't provide additional towels, but you can bring some with you. It is totally forbidden to take the towels from the accommodation with you to the beach or pool. ● The pool is open all year round, except on Mondays or with rare exceptions (cleaning or repair), the lifeguard is available from July 1 to September 15. ● The swimming pool is closed on Mondays. ● A/C/heating is available in the bedroom and living room. ● The product of the washing machine as well as the shampoo and shower bath are not provided. ● Parties are not allowed. ● You may not exceed the number of people indicated at the time of booking. ● Alcohol is not allowed. ● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave Smart-House 2. ● Illegal downloads are prohibited. ● No drugs in/out of our listing. ● No smoking. ● Upon arrival, you will be invited to present your *CIN* for individuals, and the * CIN*+ *the marriage certificate * for security couples, informing them that you have come to Mr. Benkirane's place And finally, we thank our hosts for leaving "SMART-HOUSE 2" in the same state of cleanliness as they found it, the following hosts will be grateful.
