Guest access You can use the entire accommodation except two cupboards in the kitchen. Other things to note Weather update 🌧️ In recent days, the northern region of Morocco has experienced unusual rainfall. In rare cases, a little water can enter through the balconies, even when they are closed. Strict House Rules: Please read all rules carefully before booking. ● Totally prohibited for unmarried couples either Moroccan or foreign. ● Issuance of "the marriage certificate" or the "family booklet" with the passport or the "CIN" are mandatory for couples. ● A basic internet connection of 20 Mbps, just to browse and view your inbox, view medium quality videos. ● We have at your disposal 4 large shower towels 70×140 cm, and 4 hand towels 50×100 cm, we can't provide additional towels, but you can bring some with you. It is totally forbidden to take the towels from the accommodation with you to the beach or pool. ● The pool is open all year round, except Mondays or with rare exceptions ( Cleaning or repair), the lifeguard is available from July 01 to September 15. ● The swimming pool is closed on Mondays. ● A/C/heating is available in the bedroom and living room. ● The product of the washing machine as well as the shampoo and shower bath are not provided. ● Parties are not allowed. ● You may not exceed the number of people indicated at the time of booking. ● Alcohol is not allowed. ● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave Smart-House 2. ● Illegal downloads are prohibited. ● No drugs in/out of our listing. ● No smoking. ● Upon arrival, you will be invited to present your *CIN* for individuals, and the * CIN*+ *the marriage certificate * for security couples, informing them that you have come to Mr. Benkirane's place And finally, we thank our hosts for leaving "SMART-HOUSE 2" in the same state of cleanliness as they found it, the following hosts will be grateful.
