This welcoming gite includes two bedrooms: one is equipped with a double bed (140x190), while the other has two single beds and bunk beds, ideal for families. Features of the cottage: An expansive 3-meter glass window that floods the 28m² living room with natural light. A spacious living room, a pantry and a fully equipped kitchen with: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, standard coffee maker, Senseo, toaster and kettle, electric plancha... Washer available. Air conditioning in the stay for your convenience. Free Wifi. The outside space: Petanque court (boules available) for moments of conviviality. Charcoal BBQ for alfresco dining. Sunbeds and sunbathing area with umbrellas to relax in. Pool: open and heated from April to the end of October (dates variable depending on outside temperatures), scheduled at 28° C. The water temperature may vary depending on the weather and weather conditions. Please note that the temperature may vary depending on the time of year and outdoor conditions. The garden is fully fenced, ensuring the safety of your children and pets. Linens are provided and includes: Bed linen, bathroom towels (one large and one small per person), shower mats and tea towels. The cottage is also equipped with an umbrella bed with mattress topper, a baby high chair and a baby bath. We do not charge a cleaning fee and count on you to return the cottage in the same way you found it. An end of stay cleaning option is available if you like, for €90. Only one small or medium-sized dog is allowed in the cottage. (No category dogs). Parties or events are prohibited for the comfort of the neighborhood. The cottage is just a 3 minute drive from the river and shops. Sleeps up to 6 people (5 adults maximum), children under 2 years old included.
