Private house ,direct creek front, walk to Pine Creek beach, Boat dock and decks

3 level water front home directly on Pine Creek. My wife and I live in a small studio that is located separately under the main house living area. (completely separate from rental area ), how ever, you will most likely run into one of us somewhere outside on the property during your stay. We also keep a small boat on the dock. We are low key people and very respectful of your privacy, but also here for you if you need anything. The Main house 1st floor is the kitchen dinning and living room area. It has a nice sitting area around the gas Fireplace , a high granite top eat at bar and a long trestle table that seats 6 or 8. The kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs. The 2nd floor Pool Table & TV room, has a small sit at wet bar, comfortable couches by the big screen tv and a sitting room / library area opposite the tv area. Adjacent to the pool table are 2 private guest rooms, 1 queen and 1 double with one shared full bathroom and laundry area. The top 3rd floor is private master king suite with nice water views, large master bath with large soaking tub, 2 separate vanities, double shower head and steam shower, large walk in closet with a small sitting room off the bed room. The house sleeps 6 comfortably, but can handle more using our 2 single air beds. There is an upper deck off the pool room with nice views of Pine Creek and Long Island sound, and a lower deck with gas grill off the kitchen living room area with great views of Pine Creek. There is a private direct water front cottage on the property that we rent separately. It sleeps two and has its own bathroom. It can be rented separately if you needed more space and that it is available during your stay. Our property is located approximately 3 miles to beautiful Fairfield center , where there are lots of great dinning opportunities and more ! Plenty of shopping as well ! Fairfield center is a beautiful Coastal New England town. The train station is in the center of town and it's a 1 hour and 15 minuet ride to GRAND CENTRAL STATION in the heart of Manhattan. You can walk to Pine Creek beach from our door in 5 minutes. There are walking trails through the marsh land on our property and the town of Fairfield marsh land as well. There is a small private park that is a 3 minute walk from our door with some swings and a small Pavillon with a picnic table. Less than 1 mile away is a small 9 hole 3 par golf course, and there are many other larger golf courses in the area.
