Description

Rustic Mountain Cabins - Glamping! Our charming King Cabins are perfectly located along the North Umpqua River in the Umpqua National Forest. This region of the Oregon Cascades is commonly referred to as "Oregon's Emerald-Jewel Gateway" to Crater Lake. We are centrally located to the North Umpqua Trail, with easy drives to many trailheads, waterfalls & the Umpqua Hot Springs. The King Cabins have a King bed, and a loft w/ double bed. The shared bath/shower house is steps away from the cabins. The space The King Cabin is one large room, with a King size bed and a loft with a double bed. Please note that the loft is accessed by a ladder King Cabin. Inside: All the cabins are complete with linens, pillows, and bath towels. The King Cabins have a wall mounted LED fire place and feature "JC Woodworks Wine Barrel Creations" Breakfast bars with views of Panther Leap. They also include Electric heat, AC, Mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and supplies, water dispenser and a TV (there are no TV channels but we provide a HDMI - USB-C cable to connect your phone). Please bring a beach towel for the hot springs or river activities. Outside: Each of our cabins have a park like setting with Picnic Tables, Covered front porch, fire ring, Charcoal BBQ (Charcoal and Firewood are available at our office) and are located within steps from the heated park bathhouse. Mens and Womens rooms have two stalls and two showers each with lots of hot mountain spring water available! We recommend filling your water bottles with our sparkling mountain water. Your friendly, well-behaved pet is welcomed to join you on this trip as this accommodation is pet friendly. There is an extra cleaning fee of $25 per pet. You can send this money through the Airbnb app or pay upon check-in with cash or card. Failure to claim/pay for pets will result in a $100 extra cleaning fee. All pets must be socialized and non-aggressive towards people and other pets. Pets are also not allowed to be left in the accommodations unattended. Guest access You are renting an entire cabin with a porch and outside area with fire pit. You are welcome to use the grass areas around the cabin and will have 24hr access to the bathroom facilities. There is a short forest path to a shaded swimming hole with waterfall, perfect to cool off on a hot day. Access to the rivers edge is an easy walk across the road. We are located directly off Oregon Scenic Byway 138 just across from the North Umpqua River at Milepost 47 just past the Dry Creek Country Store. Upon entering the park, check in at our Park office. Office hours are 9AM to 7PM. Hosts are onsite 24/7. For late check-ins, instructions will be posted on the self check in board at the office. Other things to note EV's Welcome! Flo EV Chargers onsite. There are 4 Level 2 J-1772 chargers. To start the chargers you will need either the Flo or Chargepoint apps on your phone and connect to our Wi-Fi. If you have a Flo RFID card Wi-Fi is not needed. Although our address is Idleyld Park, we are 27 miles east in the quaint community of Dry Creek deep within the Umpqua National Forest. We are REMOTE. There is no cell service here within 12 miles of us. We have Wi-Fi available for $2.99. This is a wilderness area within the National Forest so please be prepared!
