Frangipani's Acreage Retreat

Stay in a peaceful, acreage retreat on the Gold Coast. Our bright, airy, one bedroom guesthouse is on the lower level of our home and is completely separate with your own entry and parking space. It has one large bedroom with a queen and single bed, private bathroom, kitchenette, dining and lounge room that over looks the pool. Enjoy the leafy surrounding area while being centrally located on the Gold Coast. A light breakfast pack is provided and there are many cafes and restaurants close by. The space The sunny lounge room has a TV, fan and comfortable lounge that looks out onto the pool. There is a dining table and kitchenette which has a small fridge, microwave, jug, toaster, fry pan and coffee machine. A few breakfast treats are included (milk, bread, cereal and juice) which can be eaten inside or by the pool. On request a small BBQ is available for any additional cooking. There is free unlimited Wi-Fi and a large bedroom with a comfortable queen and single bed. The bedroom is air conditioned, has a fan and has a wardrobe and drawers for storage. You have your own bathroom with shower and toilet and all linen and towels are provided (including pool towels). We live in a leafy green suburb, surrounded by wildlife, parks, trees, gardens and the sound of many different birds. Pioneer Downs Park is a short walk from our house. This park has a children's playground, large field for ball games and a horse arena. We also have cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping center's only a short drive away. Guest access Our unit has it's own private driveway and gated entrance. The gate will be open when you arrive and if we are home we are happy to greet you and show you to your accommodation. Otherwise you can park at the end of the driveway and walk across the lawn to the unit and enter with the key left in the key safe just outside the door.
