A one-and-a half (1½) storey house, located at Paramount Garden, Petaling Jaya is newly renovated & fully-furnished with a car porch for own private parking. It can accommodate up to 8 persons. It’s suitable for professionals, executives and elite individuals or groups of 2 to 8 persons. Also suitable for travelers on short vacation, shopping, business/family trip. For Parties and Events, kindly contact us for more info. It’s a Homestay for Comfort, Convenience, Cleanliness and Affordability. The space Facilities provided: All rooms are fitted with air-conditioners and ceiling fans Living hall with ceiling fan and air cooler Rooms are furnished with beds & mattresses, work table with chair, side table, mirror and wardrobe Shared living area with sofa and television Kitchen for light cooking - equipped with cabinets, induction cooking system and refrigerator Auto-washing machine for laundry, with liquid detergent provided Two bathrooms equipped with water heater. Hair dryer, towels, and toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo provided Iron, ironing board and hangers are provided One parking bay available on premise. Public carparks are available too outside of premise Safety features: Security camera installed at car porch, pillar light, first aid kit, emergency numbers list provided Guest access •Guests have the entire house to themselves during the stay. •However, if you have visitors, please inform us in advance. Other things to note PLEASE TAKE NOTE •Check-in from 3.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. •Check-out until 12.00 p.m. •The names and details of all guests are required upon check-in. •There will be an extra charge of RM 25.00 per person per night for additional guests. Kindly contact us for more information. •A day rate (RM 15.00 hourly) will be incurred if house is vacated between 12.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m., unless on special request for consideration. •A full day’s rate will be charged if the house is vacated later than 5.00 p.m. •If you require to check-in or check-out at a time other than the mentioned, please inform us in advance for arrangement. •Please make check-in appointment in advance. Kindly give an advance notice in the event that unable to meet at the time. •Guests must inform us immediately in the case of any incident such as leak/flooding, unusual damage, broken furniture or appliance, etc. (if any) during the stay to enable us to take necessary action to resolve the matter. •For guests with long stay e.g. weekly or monthly stay, we will drop by for maintenance of house cleanliness. We will let you know beforehand. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS •A security deposit of RM 350.00 will be collected upon check-in and refundable upon check-out. The premise will be inspected upon check-out to ensure that items are not missing and that there is no damage to the premise that might be due to the guests e.g. damaged furniture, soiled/burned linen/couch, scribbling on the walls, broken window, etc. Full refund of the deposit is subject to satisfactory assessment of the accommodation. •The security deposit will be forfeited if guests do not follow the house rules or cause damage to the property. •The owner reserved the right to discontinue a stay if deemed necessary without reimbursing the guests if the premise is used for purposes other than stated during check-in, as well as if guests with unruly behaviour disturb the calm and comfort of others around the neighbourhood or do not follow the house rules even with prior reminders/warnings or cause damage to the property. CANCELLATIONS •For guests who booked reservations with a Firm cancellation policy, refund is done via Airbnb under their terms and conditions. Please refer to Airbnb Cancellation Policies: Firm - Full refund within limited period. •If guests cancelled before check-in, no refund of the nightly rate will be given for guests who booked reservations with a Non-refundable cancellation policy. •If guests wish to leave their stay earlier than planned, it should be noted that the booking paid will not be refunded.
