Hey there! Fresh beachside apartment, set in the premium location of Merewether. You are a 300m walk to the beach, Merewether Ocean Baths, cafes and the famous Merewether Surfhouse. The location is only a short walk to everything you could need including bars, cafes, leagues club, pharmacy, newsagent, hairdresser, mechanic, bakery and supermarket. The space The second bed can be split into two singles or left as a king bed, whatever you require. When you are in the best area in Australia with so many activities at your fingertips, you won't want to stay inside for long. There are endless amazing cafes, restaurants and bars everywhere and always something to do. The Smart TV allows you to access Netflix, the internet, or even sync up your phone to it to watch anything you want. Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment. There is cereals, milk, tea and coffee available to guests to take advantage of. The only space not available to guests are some locked cupboards for my items that are stored here. Other things to note This is a quiet relaxed apartment complex so please be respectful to the neighbours.
