Espinho Beach Apartment - Central location

(*Available for short-term stays only*) Enjoy your stay at Espinho, a charming seaside town, just a stone's throw from Porto. The apartment is located in the heart of the city centre, with all it takes for a comfortable stay. We're always around to make sure your time in Espinho is everything you wished for and we'll be delighted to share our tips on where to go and what to do. -> Please read the house rules further down this page, to make sure this apartment is suitable for you and your needs. The space The apartment is located next to well-known rua 19, Espinho's main street (pedestrian only), with lots of nice shops, cafés and terraces, while the beach, train station and casino are all a 5 minute-walk away from home. You'll also find bakeries, supermarkets and laundries just a few steps away. It can't get any more central than this - but, still, it's very quiet at night, for you to enjoy a good night's sleep. The apartment is ideal for a couple, or a family of two adults + two children. Although it does provide comfortable acommodation for 4 persons, we wouldn't recommend it for 4 adults. And rest assured: if you like the apartment's photos, you'll find the house exactly as pictured. Guest access You will enjoy cable tv with more than 100 international tv channels, free wi-fi (unlimited use), and a cosy place to call home for the time of your stay, with central heating, microwave, dishwasher, a toaster, a capsule coffee machine and juice blender, hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, fully equiped bathroom and all you may need for a comfortable stay. Baby cot available on demand. Other things to note - No smoking inside the apartment. We kindly request our guests to go outside for smoking (and enjoy the street's lively ambiance during that time). - Please be aware that the apartment does NOT have a balcony or terrace. Therefore, it has no place for drying clothes or making barbecues. Drying your clothes or beach towels at the windows is also not allowed (however, there are a couple of self-service laundries nearby). - Surfboards and wetsuits are NOT allowed inside the apartment (please contact me before booking to arrange accomodation for your surfboards elsewhere, near the apartment). - We regret to inform that, although we do love animals, the apartment is not suitable for pets.
