The space The place, ideal for business, leisure and family visitors, has been fully furnished to a high standard and with attention to details. Recently refurbished with double glazed windows and delicate wood floor, the apartment consists of elegant king size bedroom (memory foam mattress and pillows) and a comfortable wardrobe which contains soft and luxury towels and slippers, new bathroom (with bath-shower), hairdryer, iron/ironing board, cosy kitchen (with fridge-freezer, washing-drying machine, dishwasher, microwave toaster, kettle). Spacious living room with a double size sofa bed which takes the total number of guests accommodated up to 4, smart-flat-screen TV, WiFi and Netflix. The main access to the apartment is from 42 Marlborough Rd. The parking of La casetta d’Àneu is located on the back of the building. Guests are invited to pass the archway and occupy the place "letter E". Other things to note At la casetta d'Àneu, the safety and protection of our guests and team members remains our top priority. We love to pamper our customers and make them feel at home. We do offer weekly cleaning (linen and towel change) services. We therefore suggest organising extra cleaning services and costs, if your stay exceeds a week. For long stays, it is mandatory to contact the property to agree on any additional costs. La Casetta d’Àneu is an apartment with good thermal insulation. This means it stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. However we love to provide some fans whenever the weather gets very hot.
