Studio independent, with kitchenette, TV, shower, elevator, etc. The space The Studio is located in the City of Prilly, close to Lausanne, the Shopping Mall is 10 min. walk, the Bus Station just diagonal of the Building until midnight. Migros Station in front of the building. Guest access Bicycle parking Other things to note The Studio is only for adults. A copy of your Passport and Credit Card is required at your arrival. Check-in: from 15:00 hours (before CHF 50 will be charge) Check-out: until 11:00 hours (after CHF 50 will be charge) Security deposit of CHF 250 cash on your arrival, will be returned at Check-out time if there are no damages, missing items or additional cleaning. Parking Spot is available in the parking building. (Non for Camping Car, Trailer Truck, or car with Tank wagon) CHF 10/day. Let us know your arrival time, to plan the key delivery. If you lose the key CHF 800 will be charged. The extra person will be charge CHF 10. After check-out, If the room need extra cleaner CHF 50 will be charge. Cleaning is doing once a week. (the kitchen and the garbage is your responsibility.) The Studio is not able for people with reduced mobility. At the entrance to the House be careful as there is a difference in level, as well as the stairs, if you are wearing socks or sandals unsuitable you may slip, please use the ramp to go up and down the steps. If you have an accident inside or outside the Studio, it is your responsibility and we do not accept any liability. We remind you that it is important to have health insurance. If you need extra line or towels change 10 CHF/each time will be charge. The entire Studio is 100% non-smoking. (If you choose to smoke (CHF 100) will be charged for cleaning fee.) Pets are not allowed.
