Both of the bedrooms have direct access to the upper-level deck. This home is bright and sunny, clean and comfortable. You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the ocean breeze from the deck while you cook on the grill. This home has two bedrooms on the second floor, each with access to the upstairs deck via its own sliding glass door. The lower level deck is accessible from a sliding glass door in the living room or ground access. Each floor has a 3/4 bath. There is a washer and dryer available for guest use. Seal Watch is a short walk to Lubec village waterfront, concerts, restaurants, library, brew pub, and public beach. It is easy to access many local trails and West Quoddy Head Lighthouse. Campobello Island, where you will find Roosevelt Park, is just across the bridge behind the house! Private parking is available in front of the house. It’s a short walk to town and the public beach. The bedrooms can be very bright, even with blinds and black-out curtains. The sliding glass doors allow the light in from the beautiful sunrises. The street lights lining the international bridge can be seen from some of the bedroom windows.
