Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The space This 3 bedroom 2 bath features a refined yet quirky decor, such as eclectic photos framed throughout the 100 sq meter space and wall plants in varied vases in the office. There are two balconies, one from the living area and one from the master bedroom. Both terraces are equipped with outdoor furniture. The open kitchen plan adds an element of spaciousness in the living area. The kitchen, fully equipped with cooking utensils, looks onto the dining area next to the couch. The living area is characterized by its wooden shelving bordering the TV. The flat comes with a private office with a wooden desk made by a local craftsman (and a hammock for relaxing!). Distinctly decorated, all three bedrooms come with queen-sized beds and fresh linens. Find a full length mirror in the hallway. Each bathroom comes with a full shower. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations. Other things to note To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
