The house is composed of 3 independent apartments with garden and swimming pool (to be shared with the other guests) and covered parking. Every apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, there is a room with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. The living room has a kitchenette with pots and pans, a fridge and an oven. The bathroom has a shower, a bidet, a toilet and a sink. There are also bed linen and towels. The air conditioning is independent. The space The three apartments are situated in the countryside where you can enjoy complete peace and relaxation, with private parking, an equipped outdoor area and a swimming pool with a panoramic view that allows our guests to spend their days in a pleasant way. The special feature of our pool is to be filled with saltwater to reduce chemicals and to have less concentration of chlorine in water. This is better for our guests’ health, it reduces damages to the eyes and to the skin, especially for allergy sufferers, children and older people. The light salinity of the saltwater pool reminds of the seawater and the lack of chlorine smell will make the swimming experience more comfortable. During warm periods, you can also use our bikes by giving a little contribution for their maintenance. There is also a small laundry available to our guests. Parking is private and covered. Guest access Guests can have open access to the outdoor area (lawn, swimming pool, parking) where there is a gazebo with a panoramic view furnished with sofas and tables. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and canopy beds with mattresses and mosquito nets. Parking and laundry facilities are available 24 hours a day. Other things to note During your stay here you can see the farming world and look at the natural architecture of the real villages and above all you can experience the "trulli" and "cummerse".
