This is a very cute one-bedroom apartment located in a very quiet developing neighborhood. If you're looking to be in the middle of all the action and nightlife, then this place might not work for you. However, if you're looking for absolute privacy and solitude, the apartment will work great for you. Located right off the motorway, halfway between the Tetteh Quarshie roundabout and Tema roundabout, you will have the entire place to yourself with absolutely no watchful eyes following you. The space The apartment (set in a modern style) comes with wifii, hot water in the kitchen and bathroom and other listed amenities. Although small, the kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker/oven, fridge and a small dining table for 2. There is 24-hour security and streetlights at night (although not on all streets). You can absolutely live comfortably as you would in your own home. This is a non-smoking apartment. The cons: (i)The apartment is in a still developing housing estate and management of the grounds are not optimal. (ii) When coming from Accra in a car, you may need to make a U-turn at the second toll booth near Tema since there is no well defined exit from the motorway when coming from Accra to the housing complex.
